Working Back To Back? 5 Smart Tips Dentists Can Use, Right Now

Not every day, but frequently. Gives me a little….oomph.

Often, a (female) patient will remark, “Wow, how do stay on your feet all day and work in those heels?”

And I reply, “Oh, it’s not bad. I love shoes and pick comfortable ones for work.”

You know what I don’t say? That I’m NOT on my feet all day long.

I’m mostly on my rear end.

Chances are you are too, either bending over to do dentistry or hunched over your computer or charts. This does not make for a happy body.

Unless you’re planning to practice for 5, maybe 10 years max, you may want to give some thought to treating your body a tad better so it stays backtastic for the long term.
